Request Shipping Materials or a Prepaid UPS Label
DPI can provide shipping boxes for many smaller products submitted for inspection. Available boxes are suitable for items such as:
Pumps
Valves
Plumbing components
Small motors
Power tools
Small appliances
Electronic components
Other similarly sized products
You may request a shipping box, a prepaid UPS shipping label, or both.
To request a prepaid label, please provide a description of the item by calling DPI or completing the request form on this page. Because each label is prepared for a specific shipment, prepaid labels cannot be provided in advance without information about the item.
A prepaid label can be emailed to you or included with a requested shipping box.
Larger items—including appliances, water heaters, and agricultural machinery—may require different shipping arrangements. Please contact DPI before shipping a large, heavy, or unusually sized item. DPI’s On-Site Program may provide an alternative for evidence pickup.
